DESCRIPTION

CaliGO! Is a casual multiplayer game revolving around the company 'CaliGO!' being hired to rein in chaotic cats. Play with up to 7 friends. Work on behalf of 'CaliGO!' and place a series of traps and spills to hinder or lead cats to their immediate capture. Or team up with friends and choose to cause mayhem wrecking the house as a cat. You decide!

SYSTEMS ENGINEER

  • Created the Breakable Objects

  • Created objects that required multiple cats to hit (unused and scrapped)

  • Created the Stamina and Rest Systems

  • Cage Spawn System - chooses which kennels to spawn

  • Food Spawn System - randomly fills in the food bowls and refills when interacted with food bag

  • Created the Door Script

  • Created the Cat Rest and Cage Caught States

  • Quick time events for the cat net caught, cat cage caught, and door quicktime event

  • Created the Human Trap System allowing for the selection and placement of traps

  • Early player controller prototype

  • Interaction system

  • Created the cat swipe mechanic

  • Created the random photo system on breakable photo objects

  • Implement systems to work with Networking and multiplayer

  • Directed the creation and implementation of UI

  • Created settings that save between game loads

  • Proper navigation between buttons and menus, including controller support

  • Implementation of visual feedback for hitting a trap or resting as a cat
